Shelby Wulfert (born November 9, 1993) is an American actress, voice over artist, TV personality, host, model, pianist and singer who is a part of the Disney Channel original comedy series, Liv and Maddie. Shelby guest stars as "Maddie 2". She is one of two female doubles and scene partners used to help make show star Dove Cameron appear as twins with special effects used by the camera and editing crew.
