Liv and Maddie is the title of an American ongoing sitcom on Disney Channel which premiered in summer 2013. The show was created by John D. Beck and Ron Hart, produced by It's a Laugh Productions and stars Dove Cameron playing two identical twins, Liv and Maddie Rooney. The series was scheduled to begin production in April for a Fall 2013 premiere.

Plot

Liv, a television star from an ended TV show, Sing It Loud! has returned to her family's Wisconsin home after filming all the episodes from the series. There, she reconciles with her family, reuniting with her identical twin Maddie.

Cast

• Dove Cameron as both Liv and Maddie Rooney, the twins.
• Joey Bragg as Joey Rooney, one of Liv and Maddie's younger brothers.
• Tenzing Norgay Trainor as Parker Rooney, another one of the twins' younger brother.
• Kali Rocha as their mom, Karen Rooney, a school psychologist.
• Benjamin King as their dad, Pete Rooney, a basketball coach.
