Johnny is a very energetic, lively, and cheerful man who works for Channel 4 News. He seems to be very carefree. He also realizes he's as shallow as he is handsome.

In Skate-A-Rooney, Johnny is seen as one of the celebrity judges for Flipkick magazine. In Brain-A-Rooney, Johnny hosts the Brain Olympics with Channel 4 News, the channel he works for. In Fa La La La-A-Rooney, Johnny interviews Maddie and Pete about their Christmas tree for the Stevens Point Holiday Spectacular. In Slump-A-Rooney, Johnny interviews Liv for his Channel 4 cooking segment, Nibblin' with Nimbus.
