Episode Summary
Liv and Karen return after Liv has her throat surgery. Maddie and Joey come to the living room. Maddie is nervous and she tells Joey that Liv just had throat surgery and not to freak her out. A second later she tells him that he can't handle it. After Joey leaves the room, they return. Maddie asks Liv how the surgery went and Karen tells her that Liv can't speak yet but the surgery went well. Liv then explains in a confessional that her recovery was a lot of hard work and that she didn't think she would ever be able to sing again.
