Skeeter is shown to be quite a rude, self centered kid, as he despises Joey for taking his place as the coolest kid at BOOMS. He is shown to like space as he went to Space Camp and his outfits have astronaut badges on them.

- He first appears in Slumber Party-A-Rooney.
- He is a new character in Liv and Maddie, and a student at BOOMS.
- He is currently known to only appear in 2 episodes of season 4. - Slumber Party-A-Rooney and Falcon-A-Rooney.
- According to the writers, Skeeter is Joey's new nemesis and is 14 years old.
- He replaces Artie as Joey's nemesis in season 4.
