Val Wishart is a recurring character in season 4 of Liv and Maddie. She is Parker's girlfriend. She goes to school with Parker and Joey. She has 3 little brothers. It is possible that Val is short for Valerie or Valentina.

Val has long wavy brown hair and blue eyes. She is noted to have a cool hipster style. She is 5'2" and lean. She mostly wears plain shirts, jeans, and a plaid shirt tied around her waist and combat boots.

They had a mix up in Stand-Up-A-Rooney, where Parker was confused as to whether he asked her to the dance or to be his partner for Science. Parker realizes he does want to go to the dance with Val and they go together. They spend more time together in Falcon-A-Rooney, Ex-A-Rooney, and Voice-A-Rooney.
