Personality[]
Evan is a very high strung, polite, and excitable little boy. Although he seems rather anxious, he learns to have confidence in Slump-A-Rooney with the help of Parker.
History[]
In Sleep-A-Rooney, Evan is one of the guests at Parker's party. In Slump-A-Rooney, Parker helps Evan earn his blue belt in their karate class and his personality changes drastically, he became more confident and earned his blue belt, he also finally released his "inner dragon". In Shoe-A-Rooney, Parker helps Evan avoid responsibility by teaching him "The Parker Way", and helps Karen trick Parker into becoming responsible.

Evan is several inches shorter than Parker and has red hair. He also has light skin, brown eyes, and red freckles.
