Overview[]
Diggie wants to tell Maddie how he feels before leaving for Australia; Parker, Reggie and Evan stay on the couch for the new season of "Linda and Heather."
Episode Summary[]
The Episode starts off with the Porcupines (Ridgewood High) winning the "Wisconsin girls basketball state championship" thanks to Maddie and the team. When Johnny Nimbus speaks with Maddie, instead of saying "Bam-What!" she instead says "Bam-Champs!". The next morning, Maddie's mom (Karen) passes her the newspaper with her and team in it, saying "Bam-Champs!" on the front page.
Pete then asks Parker to get ready for the victory parade. He asks to hold that thought as he was counting down the remaining seconds from him being grounded from No TV, No Computer & No Video Games for 1 month for trying to turn the family's refrigerator into a time-machine which he saw in his favourite show Linda and Heather. While the government took some of his home laboratories and said NOT to copy what you see on TV, he then said he was proud of his sister Maddie for battling out her injury and how she's got back to where she is now as the state champ. Maddie thinks it's sweet and says thank you and it means a lot from her little brother. Parker says good and to beg that feeling because he will NOT be coming to the parade so he can catch the final 4 episodes of Linda and Heather before the finale comes and also doesn't want any spoilers. The doorbell rings, Karen thinks it's the parade, but it was Diggie. Maddie's dad Pete was obviously not pleased to see him after knowing that he suggested they break up so he can do his own things, while Maddie does her things. Maddie thinks he's here to say goodbye as he's going somewhere again, which is the reason they broke up. However, she doesn't feel like talking to him after the things that happened. Diggie was about to ask Maddie for a minute, however, Johnny Nimbus and a lot of Stevens Point have arrived ready for the parade and they all left, leaving Diggie with Parker. Parker says he can stay but he will be in Linda and Heather mode, he then pressed a button on his T-Shirt which played the theme song to Linda and Heather and then Parker started dancing. Liv and Joey at Ridgewood High School are getting ready for the parade to arrive for the rally. Dump Truck then comes in where Joey is and comes in with a rabbit. Dump Truck said he had to change into his Porcupine fan gear while Joey looks after it. He says the most important rule is that if anything happens to his rabbit, he will be really mad with Joey, and Joey will face the consequences. Joey says not to worry and he will look after his rabbit safe and sound, However after Dump Truck left he lost the rabbit and starts to get worried. Reggie arrives after seeing Parker's text for Linda and Heather while Evan followed when he heard Reggie saying "I'm coming Doctor P". Parker asked Reggie and Evan if they were ready for a Linda and Heather marathon. Reggie says "What do you think?", takes his jacket and wears a similar Linda and Heather t-shirt like Parker, except Parker's is blue while Reggie's is green and say a line that Linda and Heather say in the show. The Parade finally arrives at the Ridgewood High school and to get ready for the rally, Diggie shouts for Maddie, asking to talk but didn't hear and continued on. Liv asks Diggie why he wants to talk with Maddie, and then admits he made a big mistake breaking up with Maddie and doesn't know if he wants to go to Australia. Liv asks what is he saying and he admits that he wants to get back with Maddie and will stay and get back with Maddie if she says so. Liv, shocked, tells Diggie to stay there while she goes and tells Maddie in the girl's locker room. At the rally, Dump Truck comes out with his Porky Pines gear but notices his rabbit is missing. In the girls locker room, Liv tells Maddie that Diggie really needs to talk to her and that it will be huge news for Maddie but she says she's too busy to be with someone who doesn't want to be in her life, and she'd rather be with her team and friends who want to be with her in her life. Liv really wanted her to hear it from Diggie but she goes ahead and says he will stay if she says so. Maddie is so shocked she doesn't know what to do, she says maybe she wants to get back with him. Liv says she has to have a talk with him to sort this, but she doesn't know what to do as she has to go out there in the rally with all the fans waiting for her to congratulate her. Liv has a plan and switches places with her by changing clothes. However, she gets trapped in the locker room when Joey comes in when Maddie's alone, changing as he looks for the rabbit when he tells Dump Truck it's in the girls' locker room. Scared, he covers his eyes and makes the lockers fall. Maddie's friend Willow comes to the rescue and pushes the lockers back up. Maddie then runs and shouts "Diggie, am I too late?!?!" which concludes it to saying "TO BE CONTINUED..." |
